Bionicon Fork Systems
Suspension forks play a crucial role in the ride of a bike in terms of travel, feel & flex. Bionicon develops its own forks so that we can determine how they handle on and off the bike. Telescopic forks are the most stressed part of a bike and require regular maintenance. How easily and quickly can a fork be serviced? Do I need specialist tools, training and knowledge? All Bionicon forks can be completely disassembled using just a multi-tool! A full service takes minutes…
All fork models use dual crowns and oversized stanchions. This gives the maximum stiffness for the minimum weight and creates space for large volume, low pressure air springs and damping cartridges. Our forks are engineered on a modular basis, if one stanchion needs replacing it takes minutes. New fork upgrades can be retro-fitted to all older bike models.
