The world’s only and original Gates Carbondrive belt Fixed/Free singlespeeder. Following the huge success of the belt drive train we are increasing the choice of gear ratios with additional 20 and 22 tooth pulleys. This allows a greater range of gear ratios and increases the range of use. The Peacemaker remains the most innovative bike in its class for 2011/2012 with the introduction of a brand new, patented QuickRelease Mudguard System which can be fitted and removed in one step. This offers the rider a basis level of protection without compromising the clean silhouette of the bike. At the rear wheel the rider can decide at short notice whether protection is necessary and can enjoy the clean look of the bike for a s long as possible. For the front we’ve decided to do without a full guard, instead the lower side of the downtube has been fitted with a cover which effectively prevents spray from the front wheel reaching the rider, the downtube becomes a mudguard. The frame is equipped with an integrated clamp for the seatpost allowing the seat tube extension above the top tube to be minimised reinforcing the clean looks of the bike. A new colour accompanies these numerous improvements and accentuates the technical mastery of the Peacemaker.
